The purpose and characteristics of the machine

This machine is a new type of belt shot blasting machine designed specifically for cleaning small and medium-sized workpieces. The workpiece is flipped on the rubber belt in the cleaning room and receives blows and friction from different directions (steel) sand balls, causing the molding sand, oxide rust layer, and extremely dirty substances on the workpiece to quickly fall off. It is a highly efficient shot blasting cleaning equipment that is particularly suitable for mass production, and has the following characteristics:

1. This machine adopts a shot blaster(Japanese technology), with a simple structure, convenient blade replacement, and high shot blasting rate.

2. Due to the use of wear-resistant rubber belts, the phenomenon of workpiece collision damage is reduced and the noise of the machine is reduced.

3. This machine can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices and magnetic separators based on customer on-site production and workpiece conditions.
