Purpose and Features of the Machine

This machine is a newly designed belt-type shot blasting cleaning machine, specifically developed for cleaning small castings. The workpieces tumble on a rubber belt inside the blast chamber, where they are struck and rubbed by steel shot coming from different directions. This process quickly removes sand, oxidation rust layers, and heavy contaminants from the surface. It is a highly efficient shot blasting device, particularly suitable for mass production, and has the following features:

• The machine uses a shot blasting wheel (based on Japanese technology) with a simple structure, easy blade replacement, and a high blasting rate.

• The use of a wear-resistant rubber belt reduces collision damage to the workpieces and lowers machine noise.

• The machine can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices and a magnetic separator according to the customer’s production environment and workpiece requirements.
